	Ads start after an adequate number of sponsors have paid a nonrefundable fee for including their ads. Allow up to 60 days, then sponsors may request a prorated refund.

	Not all ad sizes may be available at all times. You may need to wait for a desired size to be offered for sale. Conversely, custom ad sizes often available, please inquire.

	Alternatively, you may pledge to donate money after we bring you sales, leads or calls. For this, you pay nothing up front, then send us just what you want when you want. The more you send, the more priority your ad will receive in the present printing and distributions. This plan is optional, and subject to acceptance and availability of space.
